No, this is definitely not the United States. I’ve seen countless videos like this, and they all seem to come from Brazil or some Spanish-speaking country down in South/Central America. This may be from India though. The common denominator is almost always that the victim is involved in drug trade or organized crime, and is suspected to be a snitch. Brutal torture methods are used to extract the truth from him. |
