God/Superman/Allah, Bixby.... didn't create this world we live in to kill eachother.

The knowledge within the human spirit that tells it like it really is, and we just stay still and listen... and respect other people's beliefs and traditions.. We need to put ourselves in other people's shoes. Understanding or at least trying to get another view... of their perspective.

Free will probably doesn't exist so it's not really a choice. And as far as we can tell no supreme being created the universe, we give our own lives meaning and if that means some people killing others, that'll be enough for some. It's sad, it's brutal, but it's reality. Like evolution giving way to dinosaurs ripping each other apart. It's just reality.

People mean different things when they start talking about "spirit" and other things. So even that can bog people down. And I'm not going to respect the beliefs of someone if those beliefs in any way encourage other more crazy beliefs in people that lead to real world consequences.

Our beliefs don't exist in a bubble. They lead to behaviours. I can respect everyone, but I don't have to respect their beliefs. And we can change given the right influences.
