This is for anyone wanting to know the full details of the story. The woman had fled to Turkey to escape her husband. Her father convinced her to come back (probably guaranteeing her safety or some such which is typical). (comment: She was an idiot for trusting her own family in going back to Iran) Then, when she did come back, her husband attacked and beheaded her in public. Basically, he was proudly showing off that he beheaded his wife because he had just performed an "honor killing".

The woman was a 17 year old girl who had a child by her own cousin, who's in his late 20's, when she was 15. She's hardly a woman.
