Yep, it's real. Initially, I hear someone say he had a pulse. When there is a pulse, CPR is not indicated. The dude is probably out of it due to shock and blood loss. That's what happens when a lion is put inside a human's cage. They should have never let the lion go inside.

These videos always bother me. I have been attacked by a dog and its frightening. But a lion? I'd hope to die before it even got the first bite in.
