The driver goes to a remote place outside town, in a wooded, secluded area.
There the backpacks are usually either given to who hired them, to be disposed of;
or given to other members of their gang.. whom then take all the clothes to be burned, the weapons to be destroyed. (or sold thru pre-arrangement to others)
