Man Accused of Murdering 10YO Girl Is Tortured Before Being Shot in Head
In Achí, Bolivar Department, Colombia, the beheaded body of a man was found on an isolated plot of land, with his hands and feet having been tied up. Upon further investigation, it was found that the man, whose name has not been publicly released, was the main suspect in the murder of a 10-year-old girl, Hellen J.R.R., who had been kidnapped from her house a few days before. Her body was found with bruises and evidence of sexual assault. |

This is so terrible, where were the police?????? We need to stand firm as a society to condemn all crimes and violence, illegality and cruel violence happening like this breaks my heart.
