Re: Man Accidentally Shoots and Kills Friend
True. But I don't get all anal about that. Technically it's a magazine, but most of the world refers to it as a clip as well. I've read that in magazines, gun people getting all bent over that. To me, |

Re: Man Accidentally Shoots and Kills Friend
I'm no medical professional but I think I can explain the actions of the "deceasesed". I do believe this was a chest shot. Most likely in the victims upper left chest. You can see his split second reaction of placing his left hand near said area. As for the no blood and his reaction to being shot. A GSW to the chest is not always a fountain of blood. In fact many times most of the hemorrhaging can be internal and small cartridge entry wounds can almost semi-"seal" themselves... also this is just a snippet of the shooting. I'm sure there was more bleeding not captured in this video. In regards to the weird posturing of the shooting victim. Bullets entering the body can cause hydroshock. Which is a suddent pulsing of the pressure of the blood in the body from the shear force of the bullet. This can cause sudden loss of consciousness, tissue damage, and in extreme cases brain damage. This could explain his posturing once being shot by his "friend".

I don't know if the video is fake or not, but I can confirm that this didn't happen here in Chile. It was in the Province of Santiago, Dominican Republic https://www.cronicas.com.do/index.ph...go-en-santiago |

Re: Man Accidentally Shoots and Kills Friend
9mm or larger is not a "small cartridge" gun... and at that range, it would usually be a fountain of blood... but in case, the victim had his back pressed to the sofa when the shot hit him. For the exit wound to blossom out, there should be no resistance against the muscle and skin at the exit point. This way, the slug will take a bigger portion going out than it did coming in. in this case, with the back pressed by the impact, the exit wound would probably be just as big as the entry wound before the slug embedded itself to the sofa behind him. Or with the little upward angle as the victim's position, the slug could have hit a bone and did not exit. Thus the little or slow pouring of blood. Disclaimer: This is just an ignorant's point of view. :D |
