I worked at this company many years back where the guys in the office brought their pistols to work to play with them when it was slow. One day one of them accidentally discharged their pistol into the floor. Which was concrete under the carpet, and the bullet ricocheted into the another guys leg.

I don't care if guys are family or my best friends, I walk in the room and see them handling loaded guns, I'm making them pull the clip and lock the slide back so everyone can see its unloaded. Or I'm leaving before I get shot.

Or if its just random people, I won't say shit and leave. Because I only care about my morons.

As far as this video, the guy deserved to get shot for pointing his gun at the other guy. I'd be furious is a "friend" pointed a gun at me joking around.
