Ok what is it with the freaking Russians? Maybe we are just as bad, just not as many tapes posted. But fuck man. Some guy is laughing while it take five minutes to get him on the roof. The the "medical staff" is giving some half ass cpr, where was the chess compressions??, and why did they leave the rope around his neck? Stupid fucks. No wonder they don't survive accidents there.
