Pretty sure it’s just an exclamation they shout. Same way in English someone might yell “Good God!”, “Jesus Christ!”, “Lord have mercy!” Even though they are very obviously not praising the Lord at that moment.

In the incident near the Changkat Cermin exit at 5.11pm, another 54-year-old victim from Ipoh suffered serious injuries. The victim who survived was identified as Shariff Mohammed Sidek Mohammed, whose address is in Taman Mas Baru, Chemor. Director of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (JBPM) Perak, Sayani Saidon said based on initial information, all of them were on their way back to Ipoh after finishing work in Lumut. All of them are contract workers at the Royal Malaysian Navy Base (RLDM) Lumut and are on their way back to Ipoh," he said on Monday. According to him, firefighting and rescue operations were carried out by a team of officers and members from Sitiawan Fire and Rescue Station (BBP), and assisted by BBP Ayer Tawar. Meanwhile, Manjung District Police Chief, Assistant Commissioner Mohamed Nordin Abdullah when contacted confirmed the incident.
