From looking at the screenshot of the Justice facebook group, Luka makes several accounts per week, some of which have been active for 1-2 years before he posts in them.

For Luka to be able to keep track of so many accounts seems difficult. And someone on that funny wiki/Encyclopedia site (forgot the name, someone posted it earlier) mentioned Luka had been linking to earlier (and tamer) versions of the article they have humiliating him.
The backlinking he did indicates some knowledge of SEO.

So it's apparent to me that Luka knows a little bit about black hat SEO;and I think he uses an automated YouTube account creator/poster bot.
With something like that it would retain a database of all accounts made, which would explain why he posts again on dormant youtube accounts.
And it can run through multiple proxy servers, hiding his location.

There was a comment by him only 19 minutes ago on that account and it's now gone... someone mentions it just after that he has removed all his comments...

I have read that the guy he killed was studying computer science on a news site. (I cannot remember where) Maybe he picked his brains for knowledge before he killed him.
