Eric loves to see his name(s) on the internet. He's spent the best part of the last three years creating some kind of online personality in every corner of the web. DR is probably one of the hottest sites for updated comments on this story right now, so think about it, wouldn't you be reading it?

The police would routinely look at sites like this, it does, after all, contain some very violent death footage, of murder and rape etc. Hell, I bet the odd insurance company uses it to help work out risk etc. All kinds of people post here, from lawyers and drs, to waitresses and store assisants. Why wouldn't an excitable young necrophiliac enjoy seeing his movie being discussed?

Right now, forums like this are the only thing making him feel validated as a success. He's reading alright.
