Came here to say I also just watched the documentary! The funny thing is my mom started watching it first and as she was telling me to check it out the story sounded all too familiar and I asked her if it was about Luka Magnotta. I spoiled it for her by telling her he killed a Jun Lin, as she hasn’t gotten that far into the series yet. She was surprised I already knew exactly who it was about from the vague description she gave me but I closely followed this case ever since I saw this breaking news article on cnn.

Well he is in prison now so... What is more creepier that the owner of a certain gore site had to serve 3 months (from a 6 month sentence) in house arrest because he hosted the video...i dunno this was before he became a right-wing nutjob or it was actually the final straw, but you can be convicted even if you just host a video like this one...but house arrest means more free time to research vids  |

The video appeared first on the site before Magnotta was apprehended. It raised some questions... The site owner probably hosted it on a publicy accesible streaming service, the case went big, the police (interpol was involved btw) decided to make an example of him.
