Sorry, but it is real at least the filming of the mutilation to the dead body. Now whether or not the person being killed in the beginning is real it is hard to tell. the ropes are loose and the person does not cry out. The sound track is the radio in the background but you can hear the movements in the room and the clicking of objects over the music. I can tell you though, the flesh is real. Strange though that you can sever a limb and bone, not to mention TENDONS, But you can't manage to carve a fillet from a glut? Looks like a man a woman did this. Where did this come from ?
