Comprehension's not your strong point is it?  Wasn't aware I had ever said he wasn't a wanker  The guy's a grade A nutjob and there's no justification for what he (allegedly) did. Yeah, he's got issues but haven't we all, normal people don't go around hacking up humans though.

I'm wondering what his plea will be, whether he will plead guilty or not guilty, I'm sure he will want all the attention of a high profile trial though. I'm getting a bit ahead of myself there though, he hasn't even been charged yet, let alone given a court date to enter a plea |

If he pleads guilty then there wont be a trial. If he pleads not guilty, the state must lay out its case and call witnesses. Knowing Eric as we do, I'm guessing he'll go for not guilty to murder, but will admit to manslaughter on the grounds of diminished responsibility. It's going to be very difficult to find a jury that will overcome their preconceived opinions of the case and it's perpetrator. |
