I seen that as well but notice the pictures are taken at two different angles. Regardless, dude is now wanted in connection for this murder so obviously authorities feel there is enough evidence too charge him and that is proof enough for me.

check the videos, you will see it clearer, there are other clues like the window over the heater, and also the edge of the window also coincides, you can look for more clues. However there are things missed like the poster or the mirror, but i guess that Luka took his poster with himself  , the mirror was probably taken by the police like some others pieces of furniture.Dont forget that items look bigger or smaller depending the angle of the camera. I also hate to admit this is a real true tape, specially because of the unlucky asian guy. |

Interesting that they don't mention the video at all, at least we now know what Magnotta did with the parts after the video ended ("allegedly"). They should probably expand the warrant to the US.
