Luka's from Montreal, and he likes attention..... what better way to get it than send a foot to the Prime Minister?

If this is the same guy doing all these things he's really putting himself in some rare company. Now, if it is this Luka guy, and half of the stuff posted about him is true his motive is attention and feeding his ego and it'll get him caught sooner than later.
It's one thing to kill and get off on kittens. It's something much, much larger to kill, mutilate, decapitate, sodomize and upload a video of yourself doing these things to a person. And if he's sending body parts to the PM of Canada then just put himself in everyone's top 3 and he'll super famous with his own documentarys in no time. Thats a lot of ifs.

Absolutely, at this point there is no concrete connection between the mailed foot and Luka, other than geographical location and maybe M.O.

Another body part was located in the Post Office, where it was headed has not yet been released.... I saw an interview with the janitor who found the torso in Montreal, he said there were no limbs or head, and it was quite decomposed, people had been complaining about the smell for a few days...... No mention of if the body was male or female either.

This is one of his newest channels, hes linking himself to the video, and he's making references to the foot that was mailed too.
