After listening to the audio a few times, the guy seems to be using a mixture of English and Spanish. I think he says: puta = bitch. It sounds like he drops the N bomb once also. I think he lives somewhere in the southwest, maybe California? He sounds hispanic. He sprays her face with something that has a clear mist color, if you watch her hair you can see it. It sounds like we can hear the spray but it also sounds like glass shattering, could be both? I'm not sure what he says to get her attention, it sounds like una which means one, it also kinda sounds like Oma, which in a few languages means grandma.
