2023 Update:

There's a lot of info that has come out about this little shithead, whom the news called "Luca" (not his real name):

~His mother was a junkie. She claims he was born healthy, but showed symptoms of withdrawal.
~His father spent a lot of time in jail for drug related crimes.
~He slept with a knife under his pillow from the age of 6.
~He had been in German foster care from the age of 7, where he bounced from house to house, psychiatric center to psychiatric center, and ultimately country to country.
~By the time he was age 11, he tortured animals, attacked his foster families and kids in parks.
~As a last ditch effort, between the years of 2016-2022 the German state paid 882,963.51 euros for a mental health/foster care program for troubled kids that sent Luca to Romania when he was 11. These payments continued after the murder, until he turned 18.

"The daily rate of 437 Euro, included staff costs, costs for specialist counselling, psychiatric consultation, material costs as well as pocket money, clothing allowance," according to the German Youth Office's response.

~Before he was sent to Romania, the court declared him "a danger to others".

Luca "suffers from a mental illness whose effects are equivalent to those of psychosis", the reasoning of one of the courts shows. Because of "near-daily physical attacks" as well as "sexual assaults", it is an "imminent danger".

~Just before getting sent back to Romania in 2016, he admitted to the court that he tried to kill someone while they were sleeping.
~His foster family (pics below) took good care of him for the 6 years they had him. He allegedly never got into trouble with the law during that time. They even showed up to court everyday for Luca when his own mother couldn't be assed.

~ Luca is looking at a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison. He will be tried as a juvenile for this act, not being 18 years old when he committed the crime.

That fucker has been wanting to kill someone for a very long time, and his orgasmic reaction to the killing makes me think its just a matter of time before he kills again. He needs to be put down, let him try again in the next life.

So, I read those articles since I undersrand and can read/write well in rumenian also, and that is what i've got: he kill the woman becouse he tought she was gipsy! Here in Europe "Rom ethnical" mean giosy.

This is an extremely old video on a discord call quite a few years ago, I have seen this before on a different site. I cant remember if they were part of a discord server full of similar people or if it was a private call but this is quite old. This happened at a storage unit and was 100% random, the other person in the call was encouraging him, in a "i dare you, you won't do it, let me see it" kind of way while the killer was some sort of psychopath who has apparently done this before. I am not sure if he was ever caught but I "think" they ended up finding him.

I posted this before seeing the added info above. I could be wrong about it being a random act but this is all i know of the incident since seeing the video years ago.
