I've had the luck of assisting with zoo leopards and tigers under sedation for health checks, and having looked at the size of their claws and teeth up close, I can say quite comfortably that I would *not* want to be on the receiving end of them.

They were trying to relocate the leopard.....I'm sure it was causing trouble where it was, maybe close to a village or what have you...So they trapped it and tried to get it back into the wild where it could live in solidarity....They had very good intentions in mind....they could have just shot it...I applaud them for what they're doing...it just didn't turn out well for them....guarantee you that they still let the leopard go and caused absolutely no harm to it, other than poking it with a stick trying to make it have a free life away from humans.
