I can support this case. Funny story, when my dad passed away two years ago, my unmedicated bi-polar sister signed a contract for my dad’s funeral. She signed agreeing to pay $17,000 lol. We didn’t know this until getting our dad’s headstone last year. Sister is unemployed and stuck with the bill. My dad paid for some kind of burial insurance so we assumed nothing would be out of pocket. Lesson here: don’t sign shit.
