A man was arrested after murdering his sister and cutting out her tongue inside the family home. The woman lived in Rio de Janeiro, but had returned to her hometown of Ingá to care for her ill mother.

Apparently, the woman tried to stop her brother from stealing a gas cylinder from their mother's house, which led to the brother killing her.
