I thought those were burned clothes on the guy being helped down the road, but it was his skin hanging down like macabre wallpaper. If a first-world burn center was next-door, and the guy was a multi-millionaire (in order to afford the astronomical medical bills), he MIGHT survive it. But I don't think the local witch doctor is going to be of much good to him in Fourth-World Liberia.

It's interesting how often we see videos where it's a highly traumatic or emotional situation and the person just repeats the same sentences over and over.

Similar to police with the "Put the gun down!" over and over, even if the person has been shot, and has dropped the gun, or in fights where people just scream the same shit over and over at the other person. Like they just go into an emotional overload, turn on autopilot, and get stuck in a loop.

Not exactly the same. Police doing that are following procedure…
But, if you look at ANY of those videos from Africa where we see spectators watching some soul who is set on fire for whatever, now THERE’S a great comparison to support your comment!
Lots of excited people repeating phrases, jumping around, grabbing their dicks…
I see it all the time on the police videos I watch, it’s mostly black people who act like that.
