Hahaha, no, it's what us older folks used to have to use for internet. Using 56k, it would take about 8 hours to download one mp3 file, and we thought that was amazing.

Worst part is, the US did the right thing by warning Russia that there was likely to be a terrorist attack. Russia dismissed it, blamed Ukraine, and continued as if it didn’t happen.
