Agreed. As deplorable as the victim might have been, that could have easily been someone convicted of a much lesser crime. Tax dollars go into paying someone to prevent things like this from happening and instead that someone was twiddling their thumbs for over TWO minutes.

So yeah, that someone needs to be SOOOO fired and the prison or state needs to be fined.
