Yep he knew that he was fucked. It never ceases to amaze me that they don't put up more of a struggle. I definitely wouldn't have been sitting down waiting for these non shooting clowns get there target practice that easy. I would have given them a fast moving target or at least tried to take one with me.

It looks like they beat the crap out of him beforehand. They would have mowed him down in the amount of time it took him to struggle to get to his feet. This is a no-win situation.
