Guarulhos, São Paulo. Apparently the victim was the owner of a nightclub that had been raided by police to apprehend members of the PCC gang (he looks young to be a nightclub owner, but it's Brazil).

Yep he knew that he was fucked. It never ceases to amaze me that they don't put up more of a struggle. I definitely wouldn't have been sitting down waiting for these non shooting clowns get there target practice that easy. I would have given them a fast moving target or at least tried to take one with me. |
