Typically, the bulk of a trial is the guilty or innocent phase but thats a slam dunk since they have the video. A jury comes back with a guilty verdict in about 15 minutes on this plus the related charges. I can't picture a judge deciding to sentence on the more lenient side, not with this case getting national attention. These turds are looking at 25-30 years, easy. I think as soon as the charges are compiled and they are formally charged, the attorneys for these kids are on the phone with the prosecutor looking to cut a deal in exchange for a guilty plea and no trial. I'm no lawyer but that's my guess. If that happens I hope the prosecutor says no deal, go to court and force them to plead guilty there, then it's up to the judge to decide the time.
