'Killer' teen driver, 18, told police 'I'll be out in 30 days, I'll bet you,' after 'deliberately mowing down retired cop, 64,' while friend, 16, filmed.

Jesus Ayala, 18, was arrested hours after he allegedly drove into a man, 64, and told officers that he wouldn't be locked up for long. Cops had only arrested him for a warrant and obstructing a peace officer but discovered the sick footage on his phone.
