And how bout you do a little research there chief, America isn't a shoot first ask questions later type of police force, these are isolated incidents. You can find situations like this in any police force, in any country, even Canada.

100 percent. We run on fear. The mentally ill are dealt a sad hand and live in torture. They are not criminals, they are sick and can be helped. Plus, too many of the wrong people are cops. An old EDP can be easily handled and helped.
