went on a call years ago,was an out of district mutual aid call,,a 100+ ft tall pine had dropped across a small pickup,right in the center of the cab,between the A pillar and the B pillar ( or rear window),two teenagers were squished.we were called because at the time our rig had the only heavy rescue equipment,the fucked up thing,were cuttin up the tree before we could get to the truck,when we heard a loud crack like ..well...like a tree snappin,and a second fuckin tree crashes down onto a chiefs rig parked in the road...knocked me on my ass when i got hit from flying debris,the faller buckin up the tree dropped his chainsaw just inches from my head....  |
