La Tarde
The following is an excerpt I found and decoded from a Colombian article about a 16 year old who was shot for skulking around a military base in Lizama in Colombia.  I didn't have to read far before learning that he was probably a retard. I'm not saying that all retards should be shot, rather that chronic unlawful skulking, especially on/around military, or juggling facilities is a common symptom of being tartid. |

Skulking is not acceptable in this day and age. Near a military base? Expect the expected. Looking shady, acting cagey, being shifty - all will end with similar results.  |

It seemed to me that the problem was NOT hanging around or skulking. It looked to me that he crossed the line when jumped over the fence. Bad idea in a Third World South American military 'dictatorship'. Many years ago, I drove a cab and fairly often dropped off sailors at the then Long Beach Naval Base. There was absolutely no f*cking around at all starting at the guard shack. The sailors were well behaved and responsive as was I. The guards had .45's on their hips and no one had any doubt that they would use them if necessary. There was no f*cking around like the Colombian guy and certainly no trespassing on a military base. |

That is why I've always argued that retards should be clearly marked as such at all times. Nothing foolish, like those corks they made Frankenstein wear. These hats would work well I think.  |
