It's weird how you just take what you want from available information. Like you don't hear Kyle say anything. You know he says he shot someone, because the guy standing there heard him, and has released it. And he also Kyle was being chased by this guy. He said Kyle made a juke move when the guy came at him, and began running. But Kyle is obviously an chubby kid, so he's not out running many people. And he had many people running after him. Guy chasing him slings a bag with possible a water bottle inside. Kyle runs around a car and a gun shot goes off. Kyle stopped running, turns around and the guy chasing lunges to grab his gun. The witness said the victim may or may not have had his hands on Kyle's gun when he gets shot. But he was definitely trying to grab the gun. But the only part you catch is he said he shot someone. |

Just post the video of him being attacked and chased by the first civilian he shot. I've not witnessed such video either.  |

There is no video of that first confrontation that I know of. Since he’s claiming self-defense, the burden of proof shifts to him and they’ll need to convince a jury of such.

Thank you, just wanted to know if there was footage available I hadn't yet seen. If he truly was then yes it's self defense. The end of the day, regardless if it was or not, his mother is the true one to blame here. What on Earth was she thinking driving her son out of state to a dangerous atm area with a gun he cannot legally have. Parenting at it's finest ya know. |

I'd wanna get out of the house too if my husband's nards were as visible through pants as his. I would have filled that child's pockets with ammunition, and dropped him off into an active Volcano to get away from those sweatpants. |
