I believe he used the force in fear of his partner. She ran up on up on him rather quick. It's also disappointing how many people here do not believe using lethal force when she was literally charging at another person with knife is justified. We've all been on here long enough to know the damage a knife can do. Not to mention the size of the knife she had. One good jab and it's over for someone. Completely justified, in my opinion. I do agree, though, that police do need more training. There's plenty of excessive force used, I do agree. However, there's scenarios like this one that the lethal forced used was justified. |
