50/50 with the replies on that one ! In my opinion, crazy, disjointed fuckers shouldn't be allowed to have children in the first place as history just keeps repeating itself if they do. Born into drug addiction, broken homes, forever on welfare payments, ect, no real chance with getting a good meal let alone a fair shot at life.
