I just have to ask the logic in this.... What parent would take their child on a bike or a moped in the crowded streets and not think..... Hey this is REALLY dangerous. No leathers or helmet. Still that wont protect you from a trucks wheel. This father should really look into himself and start wondering... Am I worthey... My answer is NO!!!!!
