Kill First, then Try to Save Him!
On the morning of August 15, the Public Security Bureau of Jiaozhou City, Qingdao City, Shandong Province, China, informed that at 21:30 on August 14, a case occurred on Huzhou Road, Jiaozhou City, in which the suspects J (male, 44 years old, a native of Jiaozhou), G (male, 63 years old, a native of Jinan) and R (male, 47 years old, a native of Yunnan) had a physical confrontation over a conflict, during which R was beaten to the ground and later died after being sent to the hospital for rescue. After the case, the police quickly responded to the police and brought J and G under control for examination. At present, J and G have been criminally detained according to the law, and the case is under further investigation . According to people at the scene, they were drunkenly involved in an argument. One of the abusers, a man who was the attending physician, apparently failed to resuscitate him. |

It's rare when the problem is someone performing the chest compressions too quickly, but yes, he was well above the recommended rate. At least he had the compression depth correct...that's something. |
