Scouring the interwebs, there are many conflicting reports as to who the "dead guy" was and whether or not he survived. However, if he died it was indeed murder, or at least manslaughter -- those blows to the head after he was down and clearly no longer "sparring" were premeditated and potentially deadly. Big man, fucking up an obvious retard who said repeatedly he didn't want to fight. Apparently he was also a cop and went on to get fired for misconduct. Surprise, surprise. Fuck Blythe for his mongoloid chest thumping. Doing what you're ordered to do while in the military doesn't give you the right to bully (and exploit) retards. Piece of shit.

The thing that always makes me laugh about this whole situtation is the fact that the Instructor is touting how his student is a black belt and was gonna teach the guy a lesson. Then the "fight" starts and the mentally challenged dude ends of getting the better of the supposed black belt.  It all changed when dumbass fell and got made and then grabbed the victim. I would personally be embarrassed to say I trained that joke. But anyway, it's fucked that neither has ever and will never be charged. |

right? Guy had some serious moves. Landed the first head strike. Even push kicked the other guy down. He didn’t even want to fight as far as we know. He conceded at the end but dojo master had too much pride for being embarrassed by a natural athlete and had to defend his honor. What a pussy. Glad he got locked up like the ****** he is.
