The thing that always makes me laugh about this whole situtation is the fact that the Instructor is touting how his student is a black belt and was gonna teach the guy a lesson. Then the "fight" starts and the mentally challenged dude ends of getting the better of the supposed black belt.

It all changed when dumbass fell and got made and then grabbed the victim. I would personally be embarrassed to say I trained that joke. But anyway, it's fucked that neither has ever and will never be charged.
