A few facts about this case: 1. according to witnesses, the "homeless" man was actually a local drug addict who was high on drugs at the time; 2. he walked into the dojo and challenged the karate fighters there to a fight; 3. the "homeless" man, who was really a drug addict, survived the fight; 4. the video was not available to the police at the time they became aware that a fight had occurred; 5. the homeless man/drug addict refused to press charges; 6. the local police say that if they had the video at the time, they would have pressed charges but that now too much time has passed by since the incident and the statute of limitations have run. |

For somebody that was mentally challenged he sure gave that black belt a run for his money. I don't think they killed him but they did fuck his world up. I've seen plenty of people who got knocked the fuck out make that same wheezy labored breathing sound. It's a temporary side effect.
