Re: Karate Instructor Bobby Joe Blythe lets His Student beat up Mentally Challenged guy
According to a Washington Post article I read on this incident, the police never charged anyone because the victim - who did in fact survive - refused to press charges. He wasn't retarded as some people on the internet have claimed, but he was high on drugs. Since the victim survived, after all this time the statute of limitations have run on pressing charges, since the only crimes that have no SoL in Virginia are murder and manslaughter. Plus, there are the little facts that the "homeless" guy challenged the karateka on their school grounds (consent) and had assumed the risk of injury. Some police sheriff did comment however, that if the video had been available at the time the police originally investigated the incident then charges may have been more likely to be laid. |

Re: Karate Instructor Bobby Joe Blythe lets His Student beat up Mentally Challenged guy
I'd like to fight that cowardly black pudding. His karate was good but lacked real power and fluidity, that's why he did the dirty move, he knew he wasn't going to get good results whilst fighting toe to toe, and considering his opponent was hallucinating it is indicative of how weak his karate really was. What a loser. |
