Due to lack of money, Huu asked for money, so Mr. D. said: "You owe me 67,000 dong". After that, Huu took beer and eggs to his friend's house (Phu Binh commune) to drink again.

Here, between the two sides, Huu used a knife to slash 13 times in a row at Mr. D. causing the victim to die on the spot.

Subject was arrested shortly thereafter. After making the initial file, the H.Tan Phu Police assigned the subject to the provincial police to investigate according to its competence.
