This was incredibly sad to watch, and the entire time I was thinking "there's better people outside of his bubble to surround himself with, he doesn't have to do this. I wish there was something I could have done."

There's no reason to keep negative people in your life. If you're considering buying the farm because you are miserable with the company you keep, then make a change.

I genuinely feel terrible for this kid. It's a shame that he felt like that was the only answer.

Poor kid. This is so fucking sad. I mean, he's right-- this world is rough, and no one who is in these comments calling him a loser has any idea just how rough this world can be and I'd bet you $100 probably hasn't had to fight as hard as this kid probably has just to find some satisfaction in life. He was pretty much fucked before he even left the womb considering his mom was a 14 year old addict poisoning his body and mind while he was still in utero, then his father killed his brother and almost killed him, thereby taking out anyone else the kid might have had in life.

If you aren't familiar with kidney failure, I watched my grandmother go through it, and for the last 5 years of her life, she had to get up early in the morning every day, take a medical transport to the dialysis clinic, get hooked up to a dialysis machine that will, over 6-8 hours or something (basically all day), filter out all of the water in her blood since her kidneys couldn't do it for her. If she did not complete this process regularly, she'd die.

Imagine being 21 and your organs are already failing and you're looking at having to deal with this kind of lifestyle soon.

Kid never had a chance. He's not a fucking loser. I'm honestly impressed he even made it this long.
