I was able to get the full video the other day. It was tricky to find, "they" are pulling it off as fast as it was put up. It is also the only beheading video to be taken down from sites.

Analysts now saying that, although they are sure he's dead, this was a staged event - no blood and the typical sounds associated with a beheading are absent in the video.
