Since title says Israel, why would we think anything based on the UK license plate?? If we did, we’d STILL be wrong!  About a month ago, I saw a right hand drive van, tall and skinny, obviously not an American vehicle, with plates from UK…  Just saying, it can, and does, happen. That has only happened to me a few times in a couple of decades, but we’re an ocean away. In Europe and Asia, being a solid land mass where one can drive everywhere, I’m sure there are a greater mix of license plates from different places. So, again, how can we infer anything at all from the license plate and be sure?  We cannot use your theory, based on the fact that the plate and the place do NOT, in fact, match. |

Did you think that there could be a town called Haifa, Illinois? I have no idea if there is, it’s not even relevant, just that it IS possible. According to Google, there are some 650 towns in the US that are named after places in Europe and Asia. |

@0:19 A road sign written in Hebrew alphabet can be seen, those are pretty common in Chicago's roads, hence the confusion. |

For everyone wondering about the licence plate. It is an israeli licence plate. They are yellow in the front and the back of the car and have the eurostyle size and a blue part on the left. |
