Yeah I get that, BUT how? It just puzzles me as to HOW he managed to end up like that! If you fall feet first you end up bumping down steps, if he hadn't even started the stair climb how did he end up sideways in that position?! Just boggles my mind. Don't know why.

How did he fall from the upper floor and not rip the head all the way open from the momentum of falling? Because he has a tough scalp, I suppose.

Maybe the local taxes are like they used to be in Greece, you don't pay taxes on the property if the building i'snt "Finished" i.e has re-bar sticking out, that's why in Greece the roof on buildings never have tiles on them, just an unfinished top with re-bar sticking out lol
