I think the video is normal speed. Seen a lot of vids at svit.me and Russians just drive FAST, especially in snowy icy conditions.

Partly her fault? Wasn't watching out for him. Looks like, in his stopper, he was just following her lead, never looked around, just followed. She is now standing in the opposing lane, the driver had no where to safely go. They tell you not to swerve to avoid a deer. (Mufasa7 is right - just like a deer) Rural road, who would have anticipated that?
