If someone told me this as a story, I would say BS. My grandma always said truth is stranger than fiction. How does a drunk person become the perfect 'speed bump' like that? The driver very likely could have never suspected anything out of the ordinary. Another example of you literally can go at any time, in any way, at any place. Wow . . .
