If I'm not mistaken, a dozen or so people were killed by the volcano. Another dozen or so people went to find them and they then died.

On an entirely different note, I always thought Marcia Brady was so hot. And those girls look so cute in their little mini-skirts. Which is OK to say because Marcia is only a year younger than me and all those girls are old women now.
Maureen McCormick wrote an autobiography, her background isn't what you might expect. Her mom had contracted syphilis from her grandmother (grandad caught it overseas in WW1) at birth and required lifelong treatment. I read that most of the victims, esp. those near the summit, had to wait the night long before any rescue could reach them.
Marapi kept spewing...

That's one of the worst things I've ever seen - completely wrong contrast settings and filmed in vertical mode. She could have at least remastered it in those last few seconds.
