First off….17? She looked like my buddies 50 year old aunt… also don’t have your mom and hunger stricken uncle to spot you with that kind of weight… also it looked like she started that squat kinda high… should have been a lil bit lower. But doesn’t matter now. RIP

Being a huge fatty doesn’t translate into power lifting skills. They should have just put a power line in her ass and shoved her in front of a train.

Well that's three reds for sure. The bar was too high; you should never have to get up on your tiptoes to unrack it. The bar should be right below your shoulders, upper chest area. When you step up under it, your knees are slightly bent, then when you fully stand, you unrack the bar. As sad as this is, I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner.

The mats OMFG. The weight was obviously too heavy but those mats. I’m baffled.
